SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Any order placed online that has a value of over £35.00 will be delivered FREE. This applies to supplements ONLY.

Although a delivery charge will appear in your basket, even though you have spent over £35.00, we will remove the charge before we take payment from you. As with Paypal customers, we will refund the amount to your account.

Orders that contain any equipment or special offers ( including supplements ) and those within our Best Sellers section, will be charged Postage accordingly.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Delivery on supplements is FREE to the UK Mainland for all orders over £35. This offer does NOT apply to Europe, Irish Republic, N. Ireland and the rest of the world and to the purchase of weights, multigyms or gym accessories.

Delivery in the UK mainland is normally within 3 days and to other destinations within 7 days. Some larger equipment such as home gym equipment, cycles and other such might take up to 10 days. Every effort is made to keep to this schedule however in certain cases items that are ordered are out of stock and have to be back ordered. In these circumstances delivery will generally take up to 21 days but we will email you informing you of the delay. Our delivery days are from Monday to Fridays. Orders taken on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday, Bank holidays excepted. WE NOW ALSO DELIVER SUPPLEMENTS TO THE USA EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE.

If your order consists of large or bulky items such as multi gyms, benches or likewise all deliveries are to the UK ONLY and to ground floor level only and we cannot guarantee that our carriers will deliver to an upstairs location. Due to the size of some delivery vehicles we MUST be informed of ANY restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle. This includes but not limited to steps, any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE :

City-Link will make 2 attempts to deliver your item. If both attempts are unsuccessfull and photographic proof of attempted delivery has been obtained, then this will incur a charge of £5.75.

If your items were sent on our free delivery service, then you will incur a charge of £11.50.

These charges will automatically be debited from your credit card. ( We incur charges for failed deliveries to have the goods sent back to us by City-Link).

When a card is leftf rom City-Link, you have the option to call them and have the parcel re-deivered or you can pick up your parcel from the nearest depot. After 2 attempts the parcel will be held for a maximum of 5 days. After that time the parcel will be returned to us and charges incurred.
